My family has been using this very simple and delicious sausage, bell pepper and onion recipe for years.For an extra touch, try using half sweet and half hot!

* Ingredients :

° 6 (4 ounces) sweet Italian sausage
° 2 tablespoons butter
° 1 yellow onion, sliced
° ½ red onion sliced
° 4 cloves garlic, minced
° 1 large red pepper, sliced
° 1 green pepper cut into slices
° 1 teaspoon dried basil
° 1 teaspoon dried oregano
° Half a cup of white wine

Step 1
Put the sausages in a large skillet over medium heat, browning on all sides.Remove from pan and chop finely.

Step 2  disslove butter in skillet.Add the sautรฉed red onion, red onion and garlic and cook for about 2-3 minutes.Mix red and green peppers. Season with basil and oregano. Heart in white wine.Continue cooking and stirring until the peppers and onions are tender.

Step 3
Returning sausage tranches to skillet with vegetables. Reduce heat, cover, & simmer for 15 min
