How do you make lemon loo ?

Lemon loaf cake recipe was created long ago. This is a Starbucks imitation of lemon loaf that I've been trying to make for years and years. And how obsessed I am I can't tell you, I've tried and tried and failed. To this limit. To this limit. You know how good it is if you have a Starbucks lemon loaf. The lemon flavor is intense and rich in lemon flavour.

* List of components you will need:

° 3 large eggs.

° 1 + 1/2 cup cake flour.

° 1 cup granulated sugar.

° 1/3 cup lemon juice.

° 1/2 cup coconut oil.

° 2 tablespoons soft butter.

° 1 teaspoon lemon extract.

° 1 teaspoon vanilla.

° 1 teaspoon baking powder.

° 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

° 1/2 teaspoon salt.

* To prepare lemon ice:

* You will need:

° 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp.

° 2 tablespoons of whole milk.

° 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract.

* Directions:

Step 1:

In a medium sized bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, white sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, lemon extract, and lemon juice using an electric mixer.

Step 3:

I combined the dry ingredients with the wet ingredient and blended them until smooth with a wooden fork.

The fourth step:

I stir in the oil, and mix properly for a few more seconds.

Fifth step:

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan greased with a little oil.

Sixth step:

I've baked for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. When a toothpick trapped in the center of the cake comes out clean, I remove it from the oven.

Seventh step:

Meanwhile, I've made the icing, by blending all the garnishing ingredients in a small bowl, and whisking with an electric mixer on low speed to make the lemon custard.

Step 8:

I removed the loaf from the pan while it was cooling and covered with ice.

Step 9:

Even slicing, I leave the Thermion loaf in the fridge until the icing has set.
