Cajun style grilled chicken breasts for a variety of meals like Caesar salad, sandwiches and dinner!Cajun chicken can be eaten hot or cold.
* ingredients :
° 1 - 2 pounds of chicken thighs or other chicken pieces
° 1 tablespoon ketchup
° 1/3 cup oil
° 3 tablespoons vinegar
° 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° Half a teaspoon of black pepper
° 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
° salt
* Directions :
Place chicken in a large, self-sealing plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Marinate the chicken for 10-20 minutes or up to 3 hours for a stronger flavour. Roast the chicken for 10 to 14 minutes or until cooked through.
